Terms of Use for Alimak Group Learning Store

Welcome to Learning Store (the “Platform”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Platform, including your account and the services associated with it. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Management

1.1 Account Creation

To purchase trainings or access certain services from Learning Store, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Permitted Use

The Platform and its features are provided for your personal use in connection with the training courses you have purchased. You may not:

  • Share or transfer your account to others.
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.

3. Certificates

Your training certificates will be uploaded to your account upon successful completion of the training. Certificates are for your personal use and may not be Technical Training shared or distributed without our prior written consent.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Technical Training Data Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during account registration, certificate issuance, customer service interactions, and survey responses.

5. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and its features, including certificates, will be revoked.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, is the property of Alimak Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alimak Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from, or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by Swedish law, without taking into account its conflict of laws principles, and finally settled by the courts of Sweden (with Stockholm District Court as court of first instance).
